Anabatic Kiteboarding (.com) This is an online business I established back in 1999 using the most basic HTML coding and PDF order forms. Customers would fax back the orders and I would ship the goods around the world. My first online business was born.
It has been a wonderful success and as this business has grown the site has transformed from html to php then on to a fully blown database driven website.

Technical support and coding on this site has changed hands several times. Initally I produced every page using dreamweaver. As the website grew I worked with developer Darren Jones who built a PHP framework to save time and provide a continuous flowing style accross all pages. The final stage of development saw us shift to our first LDU MySQL based design all neatly coded by Ian Richardson. This proved to be a turning point in web development for us and the site has operated for around 3 years on this platform without further investment required.

It is from this model that we have developed all our project ideas you see today. The database driven websites are the ultimate step for ease of use in content management.

Anabatic Kiteboarding (.com) continues today and has grown to become NZ's leading importer and retailer of kiteboarding equipment.
